For me New Years Eve is a night of glitz and glamour where I would usually dress up to meet with my friends for champagne and dancing. Although this year is slightly different and we cannot meet in big groups I shall be creating this glitzy gold tablescape for my housemates and we’ll have a lovely dinner, drinks and games. I started with the centrepiece – placing bud vases filled with eye-catching golden foliage and draping table lights throughout the leaves. The table scatter completes the centre, shining in the candlelight. Each dinner place is finished with the bold Happy New Year napkins and Disco Party Poppers for the midnight countdown. The overall outcome creates a luxurious setting for an evening of celebration, and ringing in a brand new year!
